9割叶ってしまいました！
去年末に立てた2023年の目標。
まだ4月半ばなのに、もう9割叶っています。
すぐにできそうな目標…そんな簡単なことは書きません(笑)
どんな目標立てたのかというと、
来年、本を3冊出す！去年末には1冊だけ出版に向けて動き出していましたが、そのあと2冊でることが決定！（７月には出版記念パーティーもします）
社会的に知られている媒体で紹介されたい！実は今年、ウィキペディアに載ったんです！
そして、テレビに3本は出演する！こてはすでに目標本数こえて4本出演済み。
など、その時点では自分にハードルが高い！と思ったことを書いていました。
でも、すでにそのハードルをほぼ超えています。
なので、先日の1粒万倍日に新たな目標を立てました(^^♪
いとも簡単に目標を叶えた、たった２つの行動
これは、今この瞬間から、誰でも、すぐに、しかもお金もかからずできることです。
それは、
・アプトプットする（発信する）
・毎日何度も見る
です。
たったこれだけです。すぐにできそうでしょ(^^♪
アウトプットは「書く」「話す」「発信する」など、とにかく胸の内から外に出すこと。
そして、それを毎日何度も何度も目にすることによって、
自分が今、何のために、どこに向かっているのかを思い出し、潜在意識の中に落とし込んで、色々迷った時でも瞬時に目標に向かって突き進むことができます。
「そんなこと無理なんじゃない」「できないよ」と周りから笑われるぐらいが丁度いい目標ですよ＾＾
目標を叶えるために活用しているもの
それは、手帳です。
毎日肌身離さず持っていて、年に３から４冊ほど手帳を使っています。
目標は叶ったらどんどん更新していく。そして、また、新たな目標に向かって進んでいく。
これを繰り返しているので、手帳が１冊ではおさまらないのです！
そして、日々の気づきや覚えておきたいこと、伝えたいことなど、色々なことをどんどん、どんどん、書き込んでいきます。手書きをすることで、より意識して自分事になるんです。
是非、今からでも意識して、２０２３年の目標どんどん一緒に叶えてきましょう！！
こちらは帯にしていただいた「しあわせ３６０°手帳」。この手帳は、個人も家庭も仕事も３６０度しあわせに！という思いで作られた、ただの手帳ではない人生設計書。
２０２３年分は完売したのですが、特別に４月１０日～５月３１日まで新宿マルイ本館地下１階行われている「発信する女性展」で素敵な女性の皆様と一緒に展示していただいています。
