【EMI高等学院】保護者様との懇談～無限に広がる場所～

4月9日から本格スタートをしたEMI高等学院。メタバースコースの授業も始まりましたので、保護者様と面談をさせていただきました。場所はEMI高等学院大講堂にて。

◆EMI高等学院入学式はいかがでしたか？

なんと私はその日はキャンプ場から参加しました(笑)鳥居の校門をくぐってみんなで大講堂に移動。初めて触るクラスターだったので戸惑いもありましたが、とても丁寧に使い方や教室への入り方なども説明していただき、、最後にはみんなが使い方をマスター。交流も深めることができた入学式、オリエンテーションでした。

◆実際にEMI高に入られた印象は？

この空間では、視点色々変えてみることができるのでリアリティがあって、また、リアリティで見れない視点、角度、場所から多角的に見ることができ、面白くわくわくしました。

今後はいろいろな技術を覚えて、自分の作った作品をこのメタバース空間で飾ったりするそうで、どんな作品を作れるようになるのか本当に楽しみです！私はキャンプ場を作ってもらおうと思っているんです(笑)

また、アバターを通して、子どものしていることを共有できるので、成長を間近で見れることがとても嬉しいです。子どもの成長度が早くて、目が離せません☺弟も覗き込んで興味津々。最先端の学びをイキイキと楽しく、のびのび学び、通っています。

また、通われている方が異年齢なので、年齢関係なく、みんなが一緒に学びをスタートしているのですが、その年齢ならではのアイデアもでてきて、それがまた、気づきや新たな発見があり、とても楽しそうです♪

◆どんな方にEMI高をおススメしたいですか？

学校に通える通えないにかかわらず、すべての人にEMI高に通ってほしいです。EMI高の先生は器の大きい先生ばかりだから、そんな大人に子どもたちを会わせたい。思春期を迎えているお子さんはみんなEMI高が必要だと思います。安心できる居場所だからこそ、自分が今までできない、やっちゃいけないと思っていたことができたり、発言できるので、そこからいろいろな学びがあります。それによってどれだけ可能性が広がっていくかと思うとEMI高をもっともっとたくさんの方に知っていただきたいと思います。

やりたいこと、したいこと、どんどん出して！と言ってもらえることで子どもたちの想像力や意欲が無限大に広がるので、そこもEMI高の魅力の１つです。
